Kurzfassung:
An innovative French SME has developed new solar panel sets integrated on different kinds of structures / objects. With expertises in both engineering development and design creativity, they offer solar solutions to companies, laboratories, designers while integrating photovoltaics panels into consumers goods, furnitures or any kind of elements. Partnership agreements such as commercial agreement with technical assistance or technical cooperation are preferentially sought.
Beschreibung:
An innovative company offers to companies, designers or laboratories new kinds of solar solutions: working both in the solar engineering topics and design creativity; they integrate photovoltaic sets into any structures such as consumer goods, furniture, elements of urban architecture... They offer a three-step approach for the integration of solar panel sets:
- Engineering expertise: according to the technical requirements, they study constraints linked to usages in order to select the optimized solar technology. The solar cells are therefore selected according to the following criteria: sun lighting conditions (efficiency, exploitable power), power consumption of the others features, loss estimates, costs of storage capacities set within the system, total costs evaluation including energy.
- Adaptation: research of solutions for fixation, agglomeration. Prototype realization. Two kinds of possibilities are actually possible: fast setting (proposition of different processes enabling cells / solar panels juxtaposition) or integration to the element (modifying the element while keeping the same shape and functionalities) in order to integrate the solar sources via 3D modeling.
- Design conception: design, 3D modeling & conception, physical 3D models, synthesis image, technical drawings, computer drawings, prototyping. According to the technical & marketing requirements; they validate the feasibility studies adapting the solar panels on selected architectures, integrating the solar cells on outdoor elements. Thanks to Computer Mediated Communication (CMC) tools, development steps are faster achieved, while including eco-design approach to conciliate project costs with a low environmental impact.
